Ex-tech are based in Lytham St Anne’s near Blackpool, and offer Operated Plant Hire services to homes and sites throughout Preston, Blackpool, and the North West.

We use a wide range of machines from a 1 ton micro-digger and micro-dumper, to our larger 3 tonne excavator with specialist attachments to handle a wide range of jobs. All of our machines are provided with a licensed operator who is experienced with the machine to offer you the best results.

Ex-tech are more than just ‘Man and Digger Hire’. We have a wide range of buckets for various jobs, and specialist attachments including breakers, augers, and stump planers. Our tech includes laser-based guidance systems, which allow us to provide extremely accurate dig depths and slope angles, increasing both speed and accuracy for your groundworks.

Our Operated Plant Hire service can provide excavation machinery for earth removal and clearing, ground levelling, garden clearance, foundations, landscaping projects, driveway preparation, concrete and rock breaking, hole drilling, root removal, tree stump removal, and much more. Our 1 ton micro-digger and micro-dumper also features a retractable track width to fit through doors and allow work internally.
